David Loring, Owner and CEO, brings an extensive list of clients and an established network to enable the company to form strategic partnerships and joint ventures across the country. Equiterra Properties is capable of developing build-to-suit projects and has a proven track record in the development of speculative buildings in anticipation of market demand.
